At WCC, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once our warehouse inspects the items.
