Most in-stock furniture items ship within 5-7 business days. Larger freight items may take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location and the selected white-glove service.

Do you offer a warranty on your home decor and furniture?

Yes, all WCC furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I request fabric or material swatches before purchasing?

Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits for our primary upholstery collections to help you ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home's aesthetic.

Do you provide assembly services?

Many of our larger pieces include a White Glove Delivery option at checkout, which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
